Terms of Service

LeadAtlas provides business directory intelligence derived from publicly available sources. Details are described on our Data sources page. You may use exported or API data for lawful outreach and research. You may not resell raw dumps without a written Enterprise agreement, scrape our API abusively, or use data for spam that violates applicable anti-spam laws.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled via the billing portal. Monthly quotas reset each billing period and do not roll over. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
